1. Products and Services

Ivan's Barber Supply sells barber supplies, grooming tools, and related products. We also offer in person barber school training and in store pickup for qualifying orders.All products and services are subject to availability.

We may change or discontinue products or services at any time without notice.

2. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices, promotions, and fees may change at any time before you complete checkout. Payment must be provided in full at the time of purchase, unless different written terms are agreed for barber school services.

3. Shipping, Delivery, and In Store Pickup

Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for carrier delays or loss after shipment is handed to the carrier.

For in store pickup orders, you will be notified when your order is ready. Orders must be picked up within the timeframe we provide. If an order is not picked up on time, it may be cancelled and the items returned to stock.

4. Barber School Services

Enrollment in barber school requires full payment or an approved payment plan. Additional details about scheduling, attendance, conduct, and cancellation are provided separately at the time of registration. Where there is a conflict, the written enrollment policy controls in addition to these Terms.
Barber school services are educational only.

We do not guarantee licensing, employment, or specific results.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because many barber supplies involve hygiene and safety, the following rules apply:

- Unopened and unused products in original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days
of delivery or pickup.

- Opened or used products, including clippers, razors, blades, and other tools that come into contact with skin or hair, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged when received.

 - Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours after delivery or pickup. You may be asked to provide photos or a description of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.

- Barber school tuition and fees are generally non refundable once classes begin, unless otherwise stated in the written school policy. 

Shipping, handling, and other service charges are non refundable except where we made an error or the product arrived damaged.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Products are sold as is, except where a manufacturer warranty applies. We are not the manufacturer of most products and do not provide additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ivan's Barber Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from use of our products or services.

For barber school services, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program that gave rise to the claim.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use your personal information to process orders, handle payments, coordinate shipping and in store pickup, manage barber school enrollment, and communicate with you. Our use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, branding, product photos, written content, and training materials are owned by Ivan's Barber Supply or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for any other purpose without our written permission.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, your purchase of products, or use of our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Nashville, Tennessee.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date listed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of our products or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
